*****************
*** Summary ***
*****************
This small program written in C that can take over another calc
(Read: send key presses) without a need for special software on the
other calc. I use it to control vti with my real 89 when making
	screen shots...

********************
*** How to Use ***
********************
	1. Send remote to your calc.
	2. Hook another calc up to your calc with a link cable.
	3. run remote on your calc.
	4. type stuff and watch it appear on the other calc
	5. when you have had your fun, push the ON key to exit.

**********************
*** Command-Line ***
**********************
If you want to control the prog via command-line (eg. for writing cross-calc-programs) use following format:

	  remote(key[,key][,key][,...])

Up to 100 keys can be specified. (If you want more, you need to recompile the file)
	key can be:
	 - a positive Integer The number represents the keycode (97 will send the character 'a', for example)

	 - a string Each character represents the keycode to be sent. This is just another input method,
which may be more comfortable when sending text. With this method, regarding the
100-keys-limitation every character in the string counts as a single key.

	 - a negative Integer This defines a delay time to wait before sending the next key. By default, the
keys are sent every 0.3 seconds (= 6/20 seconds). If the receiving calculator
needs to do something between the key presses (e.g. APPS, VAR-LINK, etc.), the
following keys may get lost. Therefore, you can specify delay times. A delay of
1 will last 1/20 second: That means, -20 specifies a delay of one second (don't
forget, the value has to be NEGATIVE). For an APPS- keypress (on V200) I would
recommend times about 25-30. Unfortunately, regarding the 100-keys-limitation,
				this negative argument also counts.

	Example:

	remote("hel",265,-30,8273,-30,"lo"," worl",100,13)

Assuming that the remote calc begins from the home screen, it first writes

	hel

into the command line, then goes to apps Desktop (keycode 265 on V200),
then goes to the home screen again (Diamond + Q, keycode 8273 on V200),
	and finally finishes with

	hello world [ENTER]

(keycode 100 is 'd' and 13 is ENTER)

NOTE: There are plenty of keycodes that have no key equivalent on the calc's Keyboard. although, due to
the command-line support it's possible to send this codes. If you do that, nothing will happen on
the receiving calc. As a BASIC-programmer you can profit from these 'holes' writing cross-calc-
programs: If you install an event hook on the remote calc (see 'shortcut' in Samuel Stearley's
Pidly Event Hooks collection) that captures one of these 'blind' keycodes, you are able to start
programs via cable on a remote calc with just one keypress. One of these 'holes' is between 276
and 336. (on V200 - I don't know how it is on other calcs)

**************
*** BUGS ***
**************
There is no error checking so you can link to an 89 or 92+,
but be forewarned that funny things can happen because the key
codes on the 92+ are not always the same as on the 89! I recommend linking
	a TI-89 to a TI-89 or a TI-92+ to a TI-92+ to avoid those problems.

Sometimes, it will hang when sending alot of keypresses at once such as pressing an
arrow key. If that happens, wait a second or so, and then continue typing.

If you find a bug, please email it to me. Be sure to include instructions
for me so that I can reproduce the bug.
